The rooms were nice and it’s a nice hotel, but the pools were shut off for the season and the price didn’t reflect that. Do not eat at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was terrible. Possibly the worst food we’ve had in years ….or ever.

Great Hotel .. I really liked the layout and the decoration of the hotel is beatiful. The Pool is a good size and the Rooftop bar was a highlight. We watched the sunset.

4/5 is fair. We’ve stayed here a few times before so we knew what to expect. It’s not 5* but that’s fine and it’s not advertised as such. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would stay again. Unfortunately had to change room around midnight on the first night as air conditioning didn’t work in addition to the ceiling fan - this was not ideal, but I guess it happens. Definite improvement area is better provision for gluten free guests at breakfast - this was sub par for a 4* hotel - need to do better here

Extremely over-priced for service level.

Booked 2 rooms close together. They did not accomodate. Air-conditioning in our room did not work. Neither did the phone so had to keep going downstairs to tell them AC broken. Took technician 3 times to get it going and then it was stopped at 21 degrees but the other room had no such limit. Manager refused to speak to us or address concerns. Food and dining staff excellent. Room fine and quiet except for AC.

Very close to a spectacular beach. Had to do street parking, but it was super easy. excellent brunch. Good pool area. A little far to walk into old town but easy drive.
