We love how well located the hotel was, just a few minutes from metro stations. The service was amazing and the laundry was very convenient while traveling with three kids. We will definitely come back!

We had stayed in Kyoto before this and the hotel was spotless, whilst this was a lovely looking hotel but it was noticeably grubby. Floors in the reception and bedroom carpets were stained and even carpet in the lifts felt grubby. However the rest of the room was clean we found the room to be noisy from the road below, even though we were 6 floors up. Reception were very helpful and offered another room but we didn't take it as it was smaller and settled for better ear plugs instead. Location wise we found ourselves walking constantly to the station which was around a 12-15 min walk but if I did it again I'd stay closer as after a long day that extra walk is annoying.

This was our 3rd trip to Japan in the last 3 years. We always stay in Shinjuku when were arrive. We decided to try BESPOKE hotel this time around and we were not disappointed in anyway. Staff were amazing rooms were beauiful, clean and spacious. Hotel is located very close to stations and shrines. Thisnis one of our favourite stays in 3 trip over 3 years.
