Great stay

Hotel was nice and very central location to Shinjuku night life and shops all by walking. Room a bit small, clean and comfy. rooftop bar was the highlight and will definitely be staying here again.

This is clearly a property that mostly services foreign tourists, so people looking for a more traditional Japanese experience might be better in a quieter neighborhood, but this is a clean, modern, well-kept place right in the heart of Shinjuku that is very affordable. This does mean that you're located in the "entertainment district," so some of the nearby establishments are meant for adults only, but it is perfectly safe. The staff are very helpful and, for better or worse, they actively expect guests not to speak Japanese. Breakfast has both Asian and Western offerings, and the internet is easy and fast. Shinjuku Gyoen, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, and Godzilla Road are all within a few minutes by foot.

We stayed 7 nights on this hotel, the staffs are so helpful. Incredible view of the city from 13 floor. Breakfast was great and has a lot of choices. The hotel is walkable to Shinjuku Station and Higashi Shinjuku Station. A lot of good retaurants around the are and very close to a lot of convinient stores.

Great location and very clean hotel. Staff for the most part helpful. Rooms were very small, ideal for one person but two was a squeeze. We had to move rooms as the original room’s bed was sunk in one side. Decent hotel but requires renovation, and not worth the high price we paid.

The hotel is an a great area close to bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the concierge staff was friendly and professional. Shinjuku-sanchōme Station is about a 12 minute walk away making it convenient and an efficient way to explore different areas of Tokyo. I would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money.
