This was my second time staying at this hotel. A little disappointed that the club lounge is under renovation. And I found a giant cockroach in the room on the 1st night! Hotel staff was very nice, up graded me to a suite 1AM right after I reported the cockroach problem, with small goodies as a token of apology. The housekeeping manager and front desk apologized profusely. But the new room on the 30th floor has un-updated bathroom, and the whole floor smells like an old house. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. I had good memories of the club lounge food and service, so homely when the lounge re-opens in Oct., as I was told, the dining experience will be better! Again, I want to stress that I have no complaints about services at the hotel, just the property condition. All the staff I encountered couldn’t have been nicer.

Absolutely wonderful.

Upscale hotel worth every dollar.. from the moment you arrive, until the moment you depart, the staff is attentive and amazing.. I've been to allot of 5 star hotels but this one falls into my top 5 favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend.

Not a 5 Star Hotel

Beware: rooms are not equal and most are sorely in need of a refresh. Just really feels dated. The grounds are pretty and the service is fine, but again, not on par with 5 star Tokyo hotels. This is a 4 star hotel and you can find better and much cheaper in Tokyo in that range.

Beautiful place but pool is not included

The park outside this hotel is beautiful! Bring a picnic blanket so you can enjoy the park. I like the Lawson store in the basement, we bought breakfast there every day and the food is reasonably priced. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant was expensive and not that great. The staff is helpful and very formal. The roof bar was closed for renovations and I was Upset that they didn’t tell us that until after we booked our non-refundable stay. The pool and hot springs cost an extra $50 US per day to use, which is crazy expensive, and that extra charge was not listed on the description. If I had known I couldn’t use either of those things I would have booked a cheaper hotel to start with.
