Highly recommend!

Fantastic!! we stayed there for three nights while in Venice and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and the bar attached was fantastic. We upgraded to include breakfast every morning and it was well worth the price.

As always I was given a warm welcome at hotel. Some staff recognised me from previous stays, particularly last year when they kindly brought me a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday on my birthday. Embarrassing but nice too! Always my first choice for Venice.

We had a great experience at the Carnival Palace Hotel in Venice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful—always ready with great local recommendations. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel is located in a lovely, quieter area of Venice, It was close to plenty of great dining spots and bars, but away from the heavy crowds you find around the main tourist areas. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend the Carnival Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming place to stay in Venice.

We had a an amazing stay and the hotel was excelllent. The staff were amaxing and went above and beyond. Eduard organised trips for us and water taxis and made our stay very confortable. When back in Venice we will stay again. I highly recomend.

First, Eduardo at the front desk was the best host and patiently gave us a primer on Venice, transportation and restaurants. The walk from the train station is 10 mins but not easy with bags, so buy the ACTV day pass and use it to get to Tre Archi which is right outside the hotel. Easy to get anywhere from this stop on the water bus. Also walkable to most places so location is a great balance of peace and quiet and easy access. The hotel and rooms are great. We had one room with a double which was on the smaller side but the other room with two singles was much bigger. Bathrooms were fantastic - modern and impeccably well maintained and clean - as were the rooms. Only con was that there was no closet - just racks with hangers. All in all, a great experience.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and I can honestly say that the service was first class. In particular Marco on the front desk was very helpful. The hotel contacted me ahead of our stay and arranged transfers that went seamlessly and top quality restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel itself was in a good location if you want to be slightly outside the crowded tourist parts of the city, but still walking distance to everything. The restaurants around the hotel were great and the breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, in particular we were impressed with the Prosecco being part of the buffet!!

The hotel is in a perfect location. It's nice and quiet and within walking distance to everything still keeping you away enough from the hustle and bustle of tourist making it feel like a home away from home. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
