Close to both public transport and Schonbrun Palace, this hotel was beautiful to stay at. The hotel feels grand, great location, reception staff were very helpful. The room sized was great, depending on type of room, if you had balcony access, you could watch NYE fireworks from your room. The only negative thing is the floor is quite dusty, as it seems they don’t vacuum or mop.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay for Christmas 2025. The hotel was lovely and decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. The hotel is located opposite Schönbrunn Palace Gardens and is two minutes walk from Hietzing underground station where the U4 takes you into the centre of Vienna. We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a Superior Room and it was worth it for the extra space.
