"War im allgemeinen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt praktisch."

"Wir hatten das Zimmer 03 in der 11. Etage. Es war sauber und ruhig. Im Bad könnte man bei der Reinigung noch etwas genauer hingucken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und offen.. Die Sprachen Niederländisch und Englisch werden gesprochen, mit Deutsch hapert es. In sämtlichen Einrichtungen und Shops in Zaandam wird zu 90% deutsch verstanden und gesprochen, ansonsten kommt man mit Englisch gut zurecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war täglich sehr reichhaltig und stets gut gefüllt, man muss also auch keine Angst haben, als Spätaufsteher nichts ordentliches mehr zu bekommen. Es ist wirklich bis zum Schluss noch ausreichend da. Der Wellnessbereich ist okay.. dort könnte es aber etwas sauberer sein. Im Dampfbad fehlt ein Frischwasseranschluss/ -schlauch, zum Abspritzen und es könnte auch bisschen Aroma vorhanden sein. 75% der Saunabesucher haben keine Ahnung vom Saunieren und -gehen entsprechend unhygienisch in die Saune oder ins Dampfbad. Es sollte schon mal nur grundsätzlich geduscht erlaubt sein, Sauna oder Dampfbad zu nutzen. Desweiteren ist es unhygienisch, wenn sich die Nutzer ohne Handtücher in die Sauna oder das Dampfbad setzen. Leider ist deswegen auch schon ganz schön das Holz in der Sauna in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden (noch ist es nicht zu spät, es wieder aufzuarbeiten und die zukünftigen Gäste darauf hinzuweisen, die Sauna grundsätzlich nur mit einem sauberen Handtuch zu benutzen und im besten Fall nackt und nicht mit Textilien). Das Parkhaus nebenan kostet täglich 19€ .."
