Staff was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was very low. You had to stand under the shower head a while just to rinse the soap off your body. I was in Texarcana because my sister was not doing well. She passed away and we were leaving the day before our original booking. I spoke with the manager and she said they would contact Expedia to give a refund and they never did.
