The elevators extremely small and the room location where like a cruise. Hard to remember how to get to my room. The cards stopped working for no reason and clerks seamed bothered by my asking for a working card

I'm really picky about beds and this bed was more comfortable than most hotels. The restaurant and bar downstairs was very nice, especially since I was there with no car and it was far too cold to go out. Staff wasn't very friendly, though

The stay was absolutely horrible because it was no HOT water for a shower. The water wasn’t even lukewarm it was freezing cold. We stayed 2 days and couldn’t shower I complained several times about this issue in Suite room 821. Also the breakfast was just a sack breakfast with stuff I can’t have. ...
