We loved our stay! The rustic log cabin atmosphere, clean/cozy rooms, delicious breakfast from the restaurant in the lobby, the sounds of birds chirping in the forest heard in the hallway…..it was all amazing.

The check in clerk was sub par. She left us standing at her desk for several minutes while she was on her computer . No explanation and there was a long line of other guests waiting behind us. Some of those guests were starting to get upset at the long wait with no explanation.
