The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage.

Everything was on point from the receptionist named Martha for she was always kind to me and the staff and housekeeping was on point I slept well despite the fact that I had to go to a funeral but otherwise it was okay

Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor ...
