Rooms were clean, comfortable, great location. Women’s area does not have a sauna, only steam room. Expedia did not confirm the reservation, however, the hotel staff accommodated us and checked in during a busy week.

The hotel is nice but the layout is very confusing. The staff member at reception could have explained the layout more. You have to go to the 10th floor to check in, they need better signage.
