Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe
Rooms were not updated, had to move rooms because our first doors lock wouldn’t work. Half the hotel doesn’t have hot water, bathrooms are in terrible condition - rust everywhere/ paint peeling. Staff tried to steal items from our group and we had to challenge them for them to return the items.

Room was efficient for the two night stay no issues Parking was easily located in front of room Cleaning staff was very respectful

Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe
The room had roaches, there was mold in the bathroom, the door knob to the closet was hanging off, the tv did not work had to be replaced some lamps did not work and the AC was very loud.

Americas Best Value Inn West Monroe
My daughter and I stayed here for nights. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we felt very safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. We eould definitely stay here again.
