This hotel is located pretty far down at the end of a road, ways out of the main town. The shower drain was clogged with hair and sand and hairties. There was cigarette ashes in one of the 2 beds. Our plans changed last minute and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled. Also observed him checking in other guests and he was very courteous and helpful with them also. Definitely will be staying here when we travel to Florence again.
