The outside noise from traffic, especially from semi-trucks engine-braking made it impossible to sleep!! I suspect this is a problem to ALL hotels in the area and not limited to the Budget Inn. Pet friendly yes, only $15 per pet. The heat is almost non existent, I slept in my clothes and was still freezing. Price was right overall but won’t be staying there again.
