Fantastischer Aufenthalt – besonders wegen der Lage und des tollen Personals!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Novotel Suites Dubai Mall of the Emirates rundum genossen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die top Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Mall of the Emirates entfernt – perfekt zum Shoppen und für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.
Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Empfang über das Housekeeping bis hin zum Service im Restaurant. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt, und jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt.
Das Frühstück und Essen im Hotel waren ebenfalls hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.
Auch der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm – eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung nach einem heißen Tag in der Stadt.
Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
