Location is great as you have easy access to the tram system. The beds were very comfortable, some of the best we experienced on our trip. Staff was eager and friendly.

Disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner both on the Sunday & Monday so the 20% discount could not be used. It was not transferable to breakfast. Hotel very nice & very conveniently placed but despite being an ‘art’ hotel the interior is dark & dingy.

It's the best location in the centre of town next to the train station. Over-rated

Great location, clean and helpful staff. Room was small at under 200 sq ft, although I am sure I booked a larger room with a sofa. Using floor to ceiling mirrors distorted actual room view in Hotel.com pictures. Room service was adequate except when they failed to do their job one day, and breakfast was very nice but pricey. Overall rating of 8 to 81/2 is reasonable (not 9-10).

Wonderful location right across from the main train station. Fantastic breakfast! Very helpful front desk staff. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Very quiet even though located in a bustling area. Bicycles for rent at a very reasonable price for either 3 hours or 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again!
