Great option for a short stay in the city and only a short walk down the canals to the centre, 10/15 minutes tops. Staff were amazing and the cafe/bar across the road is a great spot for a beer

I was very happy about my stay at this hotel. The staff was brilliant, kind and service minded, only negative was some steep stairs up to our room, but the staff helped us with our luggage. This hotel is very central. Walking distance to everything! My friend didn't like the room. She thought it was to modern and minimal, but as an architect, I liked the style.

Two staff of the four at reception during my stay were great, very helpful. The other two were not. The room was very clean, however the toilet (flushing) was not working properly and making a lot of noise. I reported this when I arrived and it was seen to. The problem then persisted for the rest of my stay and I had to fix it myself each day.

It’s in a great location, however the hotel rooms were very small and tired. We had a double room which was two single beds pushed together and they were not very comfy. That being said the staff were all fantastic, the hotel was clean and we would stay again due to the location.
