Nothing can be improved. When you receive a room in 2nd floor, asking receptionist to change a floor to higher level would be recommended if tou want to go to bed earlier

Hotel very nice, room the same the biggest problem was the heat...missing. The front desk person even thought it was nice, he said that during this time they are not using the heat which I found hard to believe. In the morning the front desk person (a different one) said the the heat is working. I had to sleep fully dressed and was very uncomfortable. They should at least comp the room since I travel a lot and this should have been done with an apology.

Bright modern hotel with nice clean rooms Good TV and bathroom Comfy bed We had breakfast on 3rd morning and it was dreadful Hot food was all cold I reported the eggs which were not even cool but COLD She replaced them but the second lot was no better Who wants cold scrambled eggs There was choice of cold meats & cheeses but as a Diabetic eggs are my go to safe dish It was going to cost €40 for 2 so I had it taken off my bill

We had a great stay at this comfortable and modern hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Annecy. The convenience of on-site parking was a huge plus, especially for exploring the city and surrounding areas such as Chamonix, Geneva and Yvoire. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for restful nights. The bathrooms were a good size, functional, and spotless, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and bilingual, which made communication easy and our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the air conditioning — despite our efforts to adjust the settings, the room stayed warmer than we would have liked. That said, the staff was attentive to our concerns and did their best to assist. Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for anyone visiting Annecy who values comfort, location, and good service.

Central hotel next to the train station and old town. Very clean, warm and spacious. Planning on returning here next year. Spa was good, although busy. Lovely balcony to sit out on and relax in the evening.
