Days Inn was better

From ths time you walked through parking lot elevator, it felt old, out dated. I understand the hotel has been here a while but a fresh paint job would.have been nice. Check in kiosk did not work. We had to walk amost 10 minutes to the front desk. Once there it took nearly 45 minutes to check in. 1 person at the counter. Then while waiting other guest would cut in line to complain how their service and room were terrible. We asked for a non smoking room. We get in and the room smelled like an ashtray.

I reserved 5 West Tower rooms, but they turned out to be changed to different towers without notice. Plus, the front desk guy was unhappy about our requests. They wasted our time at the front desk checking in.

Not so good

The room i got was dirty, filty and smelt like smoke. Some of the staffs were polite and friendly while others need more training as to how to handle guests. I ended my stay after one night. This is not a spot for people who really wants to relax.

When I checked in, they no longer had the room that I reserved and had to give me a different room and a different part of the building. Not the worst thing, but I want in the room that I wanted specifically and there was nothing they can do. I want one king size bed and they only had queen size bed that would not budge on that. I believe there was more they could’ve done for me and didn’t make any effort to do so. They gave me a five dollars off coupon for my troubles. Also, in the room, there was a nonstop, whining, hum that did not stop for one moment it was distracting the entire time.
