Everything about this hotel is wonderful Great central location, valet parking, very clean and incredibly comfortable beds, with a choice of pillows, Staff are so friendly and helpful, across the board - the bar on the 2nd floor great corn brisket tacos and a really good expresso martini. This was our 2nd stay in a week , we liked it so much we took our family for NYE to view the drone and fireworks show from the comfort of our rooms

Great staff, good location, comfortable room. The only downside is the noise from the street and the hotel bar on the 2nd floor. Even though I was near the 20th floor, I could still hear the music from the DJ into the a.m. hours.

Loved the location and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I genuinely felt comfortable here as a solo female traveler. I’d definitely stay again. Having a bar, restaurant and coffee shop all on site made the experience so easy and enjoyable. On days when I just wanted to rest and recharge, I didn’t feel pressured to go out, everything I needed was right there. The hotel felt modern, cozy, and safe, and it was the perfect balance between being able to explore downtown Austin and having a comfortable place to wind down. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a short reset trip.
