Muse along with all of the staff were exceptional in terms of level of service, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and the rooms fantastically clean. However, there was one area which let the hotel down.. no where near enough sun loungers around the pool, with the area very over crowded. The property needs to find additional space for guests to sit in the sun during the day

The room was very nice. We thought we had a king, but it was 2 full size pushed together. The were comfortable, though, and the pillows were wonderful. All staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices! Our view of the river and bridge from the balcony was lovely, especially at night. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was absolutely flawless. The staff were amazing, and consistently out-performed my already-high standards. The room was incredibly beautiful, and perfectly appointed. The only small fly in the ointment was an extremely exuberant wedding being celebrated while we were there, which was unbelievably loud. Everything we got at the hotel that day had a 20% discount as compensation. Very well handled, in my opinion. I will absolutely try to stay at the Anantara Riverside again.
