The room decor was attractive, featuring a modern design and comfortable furnishings, but there was a persistent pounding noise coming from the ceiling of both my room and my daughter’s room. I provided recordings of the room noise, with one of the recording that lasted 7 minutes. The manager recorded my message on her phone. I reported this issue twice; initially, I was told the noise was due to the booking process through the hotel’s reservation system. When I reported it again, the staff merely apologized for the inconvenience without offering a solution. Additionally, it should have been disclosed that the room lacked a window, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. I was very disappointed by this experience and believe the room should have been discounted to reflect these shortcomings.
