The Space:

Welcome to the Hideaway Cottage, your cozy and private rustic retreat! This cottage is one of three on our property, offering a peaceful escape for you or the option to rent all three for a memorable getaway with family and friends.



Your adventure begins on the top floor, which is accessible without any stairs. Here, you can unwind in the living room on the comfortable grey sectional sofa and watch a movie on the TV. This level also features a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and complimentary travel-sized toiletries.



The cottage includes a convenient kitchenette equipped with everything you need for light meals and snacks:

* Air Fryer

* Microwave

* Mini Fridge

* Plastic Ware



A narrow spiral staircase inside (or a set of stone steps outside) leads you down to the spacious bedroom. This cozy lower level features two full-sized beds with charming wrought iron headboards, an armoire, and a dresser for your belongings. For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire Hideaway Cottage. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, which include a patio, a fire pit for evening relaxation, and a BBQ grill for cookouts. Convenient on-site parking is available for your vehicle.

Getting around Hideaway Cottage is easy! We offer convenient on-site parking, free of charge, for our guests. The cottage is located in Banner Elk, North Carolina, a charming mountain town. While public transportation options are limited in this area, the cottage is a short drive from local attractions and the town center. For those arriving by air, the closest major airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), approximately a 2.5-hour drive away. You can easily reach the cottage by car, enjoying a scenic drive through the beautiful North Carolina mountains. Consider renting a car to explore the surrounding areas and make the most of your mountain getaway. Local taxi and ride-sharing services may also be available, but availability can vary. Explore the area's natural beauty and attractions with ease from our cozy cottage!



Other Things to Note:

* This listing is for the private Hideaway Cottage only. The cottage is part of a property that includes two other rental cottages surrounding a shared courtyard.

* Please be aware that the bedroom is located on the lower level. Access requires using either the narrow internal spiral staircase or the external stone steps, so a degree of mobility is necessary.

* The main living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom are on the entry-level floor and do not require stairs to access.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we may not be on-site, we are always available via the booking platform or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. You may occasionally see us or our property manager maintaining the shared outdoor areas.
