This hotel has excellent location and cleanliness. I left somethinf at the hotel after checkout and they staff was so kind to find me and return it to me. I would stay here again. Also they have a very friendly staff :)

convenient location is the biggest plus. We had to switch rooms though because we had a bunch of ants in our room. The staff was accommodating, but they also implied that we should’ve asked to switch earlier when we were out and about traveling. They didn’t seem the friendliest but they did accommodate. We were happy with our stay mostly for the convenience, it was super close to the metro and walkable to certain areas. We would probably choose a new place to stay if we visited again though

The staff is really helpful and the breakfast in the morning is perfect and the breakfast staff are so great. You can hear outside noise but it does add to the atmosphere. I loved my balcony and watching people walk by.
