Booked on the quick as missed a flight! Staff were sympathetic and efficient. Our room was comfortable and the facilities were good. It made a stressful situation a lot less painful.

Booked this as a treat to get some rest before and early flight, I was given a room facing the interal atrium and the noise of music was very loud going late into the night/morning. Called to ask when it would stop and no-one came back, spoke to reception who said to email the complaint, not response to 2 emails. Had to "sleep" in ear buds got on my flight exhausted would have been better driving through the night. Ordered room service and the food was cold.

One night stay with early departure, so breakfast not taken. Hotel was great for what we needed - close location, clean, good sized room, quiet etc. Restaurant was good. Food excellent and service great. Not greatest value for drinks - wine was ridiculously expensive, but otherwise very nice.

Staff were excellent. I thought the restaurant was a bit expensive (and then there is the service charge added on top of that!). Breakfast was varied and filling, but the cups and glasses seem to be made for tiny people. Still, I slept well and for those looking for cheaper food, most of the Stansted airport eateries are part of Too Good To Go.

Radisson blu should be embarrassed by the food they serve after 10pm, it processed, frozen cooked food, Significantly over priced and cold on arrival. Rooms dated and no water in rooms. Quiet room is the only plus.

We reserved a double standard room and they gave us a handicap room which is not appropriate for non-handicap guests. The sinks were low and the shower was designed for a wheelchair with no curtain, so water was everywhere on the tile floor. Our glasses were dirty and then 2 ironing boards in our closet?? We’re not that fussy but the room was really uncomfortable. We did talk to front desk but they told us that’s what you get when you book thru a 3rd party.

Nice helpful staff. . The breakfast was excellent....great awareness of allergy issues T.However a walk in shower would have been good...the bath is quite high to get into. And a comb in the vanity box would have been appreciated...as I'd left mine in the previous hotel! And arrived in the middle of the night.
