The property was easy to get around. Food options or good, but not up to quality of other dream properties could not go in the ocean see grass was bad not even sure if season we would’ve been able to go in not a place for beach goers. Preferred club lounge was way too small not worth the extra money although the preferred pool was the best. The other pool was very crowded.

I would have loved to had more of Mexican style foods. I have stayed at many resorts and we had more options! The private dining was ok! Staff was kindof short and rude! We loved our waiter Edwin in the cafeteria hall! He was great! The spa Olga was fantastic with my 6 yr old for hair appt! The management team Paulina was so helpful! The wedding team was great!!! We got married on this trip!

From the moment you walk into the cool, air conditioned lobby, the aroma tantalizes your senses like nothing else I have ever smelt. It is smooth and soothing. Every employee wears a smile and greets you. The room was amazing. The food was sensational. The service top notch. Their mission to get me to relax was accomplished. I actually had to check the date on my phone. I would highly recommend this resort.

I rarely enjoy the food quality and options at an all inclusive property, but this one exceeded my expectations. The staff was also amazing. The rooms are outdated with very thin walls. Thankfully wasn't spending too much time in the room though. The effort they put into the daily and nightly shows and activities is impressive and was very enjoyable. Just be aware of the seaweed on the beach, although they do put in efforts to clean it up daily. Overall was an amazing vacation!

The staff is mostly friendly and the food is above average for a non adults-only resort. The hibachi experience is frustrating because they open reservations same day at 3:15pm, but they only take 35 people PER NIGHT so people start standing in line for hours. They also leave slots open for only people who commit to buying bottles of wine or premium liquor. You will be approached daily by the timeshare people and the hotel allows them to be pushy about it. This resort really caters to the "Preferred" club only which is fine, but there are better resorts in this price range for those who aren't Hyatt VIP. The lobby bar and "preferred adults-only" pool have good bartenders. The other bartenders, like the swim up bar, are working with one person serving ~50 guests at a time so drinks take a long time and are just thrown together. I've been to several Hyatt resorts and they've really started decreasing the quality of liquor and beer. It's almost exclusively bottom shelf and Dos Equis beer unless you're preferred and then you can get Heinekin, Corona, Modelo, Jack Daniels, etc. The pool swim up bar closes at 5pm every day which was terrible and all outside bars close at 6pm except the Mix Bar which doesn't hold many people and Lobby Bar. The "sports bar" needs a complete renovation and literally plays 3 songs in a cycle. The activities team is awesome and were probably the highlight for us. I won't go back to a Hyatt resort with so many better, affordable options available now.

Service was great and the layout was great. There was a short haired lady the worked at the Spice restaurant. Watch out for her, she is rude and makes things unenjoyable. It seemed, from our experience, that her only job was to try and sell the upcharge tequila and Saki for Spice. Which is fine, but her attitude and tone of voice almost make you want to find a different restaurant. All other staff and chefs at the restaurant were very friendly. We didn't let her ruin our vacation. She was the only issue we encountered while at this lovely relaxing resort. We would definitly go back.

Resort is absolutely beautiful! Clean. Staff is courteous, professional, welcoming and friendly. Excellent variety at the biffet and of restaurants for dinner. The only thing that could have made our stay better was the initial welcome could have let us know where some amenities were. Instead, we found out the evening before we left.

Very friendly staff. Good food. Could not use the beach as it was completley covered in seagrass. We had a water leak through the roof and part of the ceiling came down. Staff were very accommodating especially Ernesto. Very thankful for him.

Do not meet with time share at facility as they get very rude when u tell them no not interested in time share. When we let them know that room was dirty they said that is what u get when u are not a timeshare holder. Arrived at the hotel and the room only had clean linens. Bed side tables dirty and head board dirty and stained when we contacted the front desk housekeeping was right there to clean .room .. staff was awesome and food and drinks good. Drinks were not watered down like most all inclusive resorts . Pool and pool area very clean. Beach awful because of the seaweed but resort tried to clean beach 2 times daily..
