Overall the resort is great. Staff is wonderful. Not much of a party resort, definitely more one the quiet side which we liked. My only complaint were the restaurants. Every restaurant was not open every night. So guest had long wait times at the ones that were because there was no time limit for how long guest could be at the table. Very frustrating to see people just talking and you are waiting to eat. If you aren’t going to open all the restaurants impose a 60-90 minute table maximum so everyone can eat. They do offer 24 hour room service as an option, but I think guest should be able to enjoy everything that comes with being at an all inclusive resort because it’s what we all paid for.

The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and evening entertainment was enjoyable. Food was decent and no one got sick, but options were very limited and definitely not “premium.” Check-in was slow and our first two rooms had issues (one door wouldn’t shut, the other had dirty sheets). While the hotel did offer an upgrade, we were too exhausted from traveling since 3:30 AM PCT to move again. Concierge promised Bali beds for a week but only delivered one day, and the process was frustrating. At the pool, service was hit or miss. One staff member, Johnny, was rude when we asked for beach umbrella, were told to help ourselves to one, we did so and then were yelled at; which left a bad impression. The biggest disappointment was the so-called Premier Class. It added no real perks—no special alcohol, no extra benefits—and premium drinks cost $25 each, something never mentioned at booking. Overall, the hotel is more of a solid 4-star. It was clean, safe, and serviceable, but not worth paying extra for Premier.
