Memory foam beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

This Cancun property provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 50+ Mbps. The resort was going through a lot of construction that we were not warned about. The nightclub and sky bar was closed which left no late night activities. Other than that the food at the restaurants was really good and we enjoyed the pools and pool bars

They need to put the property in order, don't let social media deceive you! I checked in at 3pm, by 5pm I was making plans to change my flight to the next one to go back home! For the money I paid for I want to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this property. The front desk staff was extremely rude, and the bellboy failed to provide proper guidance. The overall environment was misleading; there were people visibly intoxicated, using drugs, fighting, and causing chaos. As a mother traveling with young children, I found this atmosphere completely unacceptable. I had originally planned to stay for two days, but I felt it was necessary to change our flight to the next available option because I did not feel safe with my family in such a disruptive environment. There is a clear need for the property to better separate family areas from those for adults.
