It is large property that is well maintained and transportation option by golf carts or bikes if you don’t want to walk. The food options are good and variety is commendable. There are scheduled activities and entertainment onsite. You can get food and drinks by the pool or have drinks at the swim up bar. At every turn there are friendly and hardworking staff ready to serve with a smile. It was a pleasure to be their guests. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to stay at the Nizuc property. Like many others have mentioned, Nizuc tends to be less noisy and congested. This doesn’t mean it will not get that way.
My dislikes are; at check-in they offered to upgrade my room at a cost (upsell), shortly after I was directed to their vacation planners who wanted to invite us to a presentation for a day pass to The Grand, the luxury property, and then a call to our room the next day asking if we had an opportunity to learn about the presentation and offer. As you can see it is not a terrible thing but the least liked event of our trip.
