Place was clean, food was good, and service was great! It was not a very large outdoor area for that many rooms and it was packed, so it felt busy 24/7. Definitely a party spot, where we just wanted to relax, so it wasn’t our vibe… depends on what you are looking for. Our room view was great but it was a bit beat up, I heard the suites were better/updated more.

Room AND staff I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel. Despite having a “Do Not Enter / Do Not Clean” sign clearly displayed, staff entered my room without my permission. Afterward, I noticed that my scarf and certain personal items were missing following the cleaning, which is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy and trust. On top of that, the bathroom had a leak that made the floor slippery, and I almost fell and seriously injured myself. When I reported this issue, it took an extremely long time for anyone to come check it, showing a lack of urgency and concern for guest safety. I told the supervisor many times about both the missing items and the maintenance issue, yet they showed no care or respect for my concerns. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation or make things right. Between the poor customer service, safety hazards, and complete disregard for guest privacy, I would not recommend staying here. I expected much better professionalism and care and they ruined my vacation and i did not enjoy it
