The two women who work at the front desk are both amazing: cheerful, great listeners, ready and willing to help. The building is old, but everything was clean and orderly. You can’t beat the views, but I guess that is everywhere in the valley

Great location for the Flegere. One member of staff was brilliant - so helpful. Beds made every day. Jacuzzi and steam room useful. Room very small though and towels not changed but nowhere to dry them. A bit mean with the coffee sachets in the room. Breakfast very basic for the price and member of staff point blank refused to boil me an egg - just “no!”. Nothing going on in terms of bar or occasional space. We used another nearby hotel that was more welcoming for social space

We loved our stay at Le Labrador, the room was charming with stunning views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and the location is perfect, so peaceful whilst being only five minutes from the town and ski stations.

The hotel has beautiful views and very close to the lift La Praz. The room was clean and sunny. Our main issue was the poor quality of mattresses, especially on a child bed, which were super tough! Wi-fi was spotty in one room.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Lovely, smaller, cosy chalet style hotel. Easy 5 min access into Chamonix by train or bus. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff.

Our sheets the first night were so dirty I had to ask them to change them before I could sleep on the bed. The staff was rude. The hotel is run down. The safe didn't work. Just avoid it and save yourself some headache.

I stayed here the night before starting my TMB hike. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk to the meeting point. What left the biggest impression on me was waking up at 5:30 am, grabbing a cup of coffee, and quietly watching the morning sun rise over the mountains. It was a peaceful and unforgettable start to the journey. So, while the facilities are a bit dated, it really wasn’t a big issue.
