5/5 Excellent

"Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"
