Das gute Abendessen war der einzige Lichtblick
"vor 16 Jahren waren wir begeistert vom Personal von dieser tollen alten Villa. Leider ist nur noch "alt" geblieben. Wir fühlten uns nicht Willkommen. Nicht einmal ein Bongiorno, oder einen Blickkontakt waren wir dem Personal wert. Keine Dienstleistung freiwillig. Das Zimmer hätte eine dringende Renovation nötig. "
