The room was adorable and perfect for the two of us. The bed was extremely comfortable and I have no complaints! The hotel itself was quaint and cute, and the staff—especially Gus at the front desk—were wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very pleasant place, with a very nice, responsive staff. Continental breakfast was good. The main limitation: the bathroom was a bit dated, and I'm used to stronger water pressure.

The only slight criticism would be the lack of in-room tea and coffee and although the pillows were of good quality, a couple of ours were a little lumpy. The buffet breakfast was appreciated and many thanks to the door staff opening the doors for us. And thanks for the house keeping staff for keeping our room clean.

Property was great and in a fantastic location. Sound proofing in the room was an issue as you could hear the room above walk about, which was quite loud. Air con was noisy as well but that’s standard with any AC unit. Apart from that the hotel and staff were excellent and really nice. Rooms were very spacious, TV channels plentiful and the breakfast was great. The area was perfect for the beach and access to whatever type of food or shopping you want to do. Thanks for a great stay and would come back again.

Miami's hidden gem, I loved my stay here, perfect spot just of ocean drive and close to the beac. Staff are awesome and its just a lovely place to stay, will definitely return.

The staff were amazing and made us feel safe. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The shops at Lincoln Rd were close to walk to as well as being one block away from South Beach. Would definitely stay again.
