Ran out of syrup so waffles weren’t available for breakfast, fruit was way over ripe. Doors to rooms slammed, hallway was very noisy, door to shower didn’t stay closed therefor water leaked on to floor.

Just awful- Best Western MINUS

This was a one night stay before boarding the cruise ship but even for one night this hotel was not worth the money. Upon arrival we found out that they had the pool closed for renovation…although after walking around the property I couldn’t even find where the pool was…they said we can ride you over to our sister hotel to se their pool but couldn’t transfer my reservation. No advance notice given to let me know about the pool which would have been nice because if I knew I would have been able to cancel and rebook somewhere else. They did not even put a blanket on the bed…had to request one and it took 2 hours 4 trips and a phone call to the front desk to finally get one because they didn’t have a staff member at the desk. They didn’t even offer to deliver it to my room which is normal and expected service from a hotel. I will never book with them again.

Room had no refrigerator. Front desk said there is nothing she can do since maintenance guy was out. Wife went down and THEN we could get the refrigerator out of another room if I AGREED TO LIFT IT! Building is older and wallpaper, YES WALLPAPER, is coming off the walls. Mold is creeping through cracks everywhere. Old bed frames had pressed wood edging falling apart. Beds were worn down. Breakfast was "ehhh". I'm tired of writing now. Bottom line, you pay for what you don't get

The hotel is not for families the guest seem to be mostly local younger crowd you smell marijuana in the hallway the rooms are ridiculous our first room was filthy with brown stains down the side of the mattress the night manager did move us after I brought it to his attention the food available on site is high and there is a dirty to heat it which located in an unlit area at night the beds sit on wooden platforms just bottom tier nonsense cost almost the same as better hotels in the area savings $ 30 is not worth it and it’s somewhat far from the airport the shuttle was best part of the whole experience really horrible I’m it won’t change as still were trying as we were leaving begging for a room so as long people don’t have enough self respect to demand a clean and welcoming environment why would they change

We were in a first room that was infested with ants on the table, walls, roof, beds, everywhere. We have to leave the room less than 30 minutes after we checked in. They gave us another room it was a little bit better still with ants but not as bad as the previous one. The second room apparently was under the gym and the laundry room. There was a constant loud noise and banging from 7pm to 9pm. We call the front desk and report it. Nothing could be done only if we would like to change the room again which we chose not to since we don’t know what would be the next surprise. There was a female attendant at the front desk who was super loud and speaking her language. Regarding safety, it’s a matter of time before someone falls and break a limb because the persons who were cleaning the front porch were very negligent. No sign, a lot of water and soap on the floor. This work should be done at night between midnight and 4am when we traffic is low not at around 9 am. Also the “do not disturb sign” was not respected, Someone who speaks Spanish comes knocking at my door when the sign was present to offer us towels even though we didn’t ask for that, a second person came 15 minutes later doing the same thing and we didn’t request for any towels. It was a rough time. If someone needs to rest, think twice!

Airport shuttle from FLL was very accommodating. I misunderstood the directions about where to wait for the shuttle and after much confusion we found each other! I was so grateful for their patience and kindness.
