Great holiday
Had a great time.
We had a few surprises when we arrived.
1. We have stayed at the sister resort Gull Wing before, where cleaning is included every other day in the price. Not at Pointe Estero.
2. Unlike the Gull Wing, Pointe Estero has no bikes for guests to hire short time free of charge. A fix was found.
The main issues we had during the stay were, for the first 5 days - the pool area was overrun with guest from the Gull Wing, as their pool was out of use.Ditto for the first 5 days - no internet access was available from the rooms. For the second week the pool side hot tube wasn't working.
The staff were always helpful and informative on fixing our issues. Randy the resort manager was great.
