We enjoyed our stay after the heavy pet smell dissipated with some open windows overnight. The space was clean and we appreciated having washer and dryer available even for just a 2 night stay. Parking was plentiful. Road noise can be a bit much at night with motorcycles roaming around the neighborhood.

Lovely, clean condo in convenient location with community pool

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The community was quiet with a lovely pool. The location was convenient to town and beach. It did feel like perhaps we were one of the first renters as they need to stock up on some kitchen items (e.g., colander) but overall it felt as if they really put some thought into how to make our stay as easy and as pleasant as possible. Also, 2 bathrooms was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Nice place!

This worked well for our family of 4! We were able to bike to the beach and some restaurants and the area is nice! It’s also conveniently close to Rehoboth and Ocean City, so we were able to spend time at both of those as well!

We enjoyed our stay so much, especially our son! The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood only a mile away from downtown Bethany Beach. Everything was convenient to get to.

The place was pretty clean and matched the pictures on the web but the fridge and freezer was not working properly and we had to run an extension cord across the hallway to get power to the modem because the wall it was plugged into did not have power. I did have to alter my plans because the of fridge and freezer and neither problem was fixed while we were there nor did the property manager ever contact me directly.

Perfect little property

Great property for what we needed. Excellent bonus we could bring our pups. The only thing we didn’t love is that we had to go pick up physical keys to get into the property as opposed to keyless lock.

Ant problem inside the property throughout entire stay. Several items were found broken inside the property. Felt nickeled and dimed with additional fees after the reservation. And after the experience and after they were aware of the issue, still wanted to charge a fee to look for a potentially lost item. Really? Will not stay at another Vacasa owned property anywhere no matter the cost.

Disappointing

When we arrived we noticed that the house was not properly cleaned, there was sand in a drawer, someone's clothes left in a drawer, a lot of crumbs under the kitchen table, a bathroom wasn't clean. I called them to come and rectified and stepped out to go to the store but when I got back they had taken ALL of my clothes out of a different drawer after I sent them photos identifying each area of concern including the items that were left by the he last guest. After 8 or 10 calls they would not return them until the very next day. We missed events that we were scheduled to attend. And then they made me come and pick them up as opposed to returning them to the location that they took them from.

Cute condo

Very clean, travel size toiletries were provided, nice decor. Bed was really comfortable! The couch in the living area wasn’t very comfortable, but we weren’t hanging out there much anyway. Also, the neighbors were very friendly!

Great getaway

We stayed here for the holiday weekend. We had a great time. The apartment was clean and had a convenient location. The pool is an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, and quiet!

Perfect place for our family of four. The condo had everything we needed including beach stuff. It was very clean and the perfect amount of space. Only thing we agreed needed updated was a new, firmer mattress in the master bedroom and a new couch. The couch was very uncomfortable. A small sectional would be a nice addition for more spacious seating. Great location for under a 10 minute drive to beach and so quiet, huge plus!!! Definitely would stay again!!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is on the 2nd floor. There is a nice community pool and a short drive to Bethany Boardwalk and the beach. This is perfect for a small family.
