"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen.
Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel.
Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels".
Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da.
Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht).
Aber perfekt sauber. Die Betten sind wirklich ausgezeichnet.
Super freundliches Personal (Check-In, Check-Out, Bar, Frühstück)
Online Check-In gemacht. Dadurch hat der Check-In im Hotel ungefähr 1 Minute gedauert (man musste nur die Zimmerkarten abholen).
Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis wirklich unschlagbar.
Es gibt alles was man braucht und es schmeckt.
Ich habe auf dem Hotelgelände geparkt. Normalerweise kostet das 15 Euro die Nacht.
Warum ich diesen nicht bezahlen musste (fahren Sie einfach raus), weiß ich zwar nicht,
hat mich aber auch nicht gestört :-)"
