This cottage was in a very remote place on the lake. We loved the peace and quiet. It was very clean. The chair in the living space was so comfy you could take a nap. The pillows in the bedroom were very flat but bed was comfy. If you like to relax at a quiet place in a nice location. This place is for you.
Great spot to visit Greenville area - close to town and not far from Rockwood (Mt. Kineo). Swimming was excellent (but we did use water shoes). Nice views and very quiet and private when we visited on a beautiful summer weekend!
Clean and comfortable. Difficult to find space for 2 suitcases off the floor. Shower was very tiny. The shower head could not be adjusted. I am 5â3â and could not find a spot out of the water stream. Water pressure was great but the temp was not. One person could take a warm shower. But the other 3 had cold showers. Found it difficult to get hot water to do dishes. We would not rent again because of that.
Dog got into decon in a dog friendly cabin .our family had to leave due to this to take their puppy to the emergency vet 4 hours away and was unable to come back due to treatments for their dog obviously.
Beautiful cabin with lake views and access. Lovely rustic decor with updated cabin. Very relaxing spot. Peaceful and quiet close to logging roads.
Comfy bed, nice shower/laundry. Only thing that could be updated is living room furniture. Great kitchen with plenty of space.
The home was very nice and cozy. The owner was very friendly and told us we could use the red canoe which was very nice.
I have never stayed in a Vrbo that didnât have a tv, hairdryer or games. That would have been nice to know a head of time. The communication with bad as was. Wry frustrating as we had questions before our trip that were not answered but then they were ans6 times in a row once we arrived
I love this cabin so much! The closer to the quiet lake experience for me the better. You can hear the loons from every room. Clean and comfortable yet rustic Maine at its finest. Beds are comfortable. Close to town but off the beaten path. Owner was kind and helpful when I needed him, went above and beyond.
We stayed two nights to access the local hunting area. The cabin is very cute and well decorated in rustic way. The linens and towels are nice, travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. Well stocked kitchen. The dock was removed during our stay so we loss that use. A bit bummed we couldnât use the kayaks or canoes there as they are noted to be owners use only. The listing stated use a kayak, wish I knew I would need to bring mine. Beautiful setting, loons, ducks, sun set were all appreciated. Private. No tv. Would definitely stay again.
