Rooms were reflective of the price we paid for them, they were clean and well maintained but the beds were uncomfortable with a sheet and throw for bedding and we could hear the next door neighbours kids screaming the whole stay. Staff were super helpful and location was great, we would just rather stay in a different area like Tlaquepaque where there seemed to be more to do during the New Year period.

Hotel is located close to downtown Gudalajara/Cathedral and free parking is nice! Didn’t like the step up from living room to bathroom. Restaurant food is good. Would stay there again.

We did not get breakfast but there is a small restaurant on hotel property. Lovely lobby and room was great. Would definitely return. Also hotel is very central to downtown attractions.
