I would give a very good rating if there. The standout for this hotel is the team. From the check in to our superb service at the pool bar/restaurant on New Years eve was excellent. The hotel facilities are good. Good location and perfect for our one night stay.

All staff were very friendly & helpful, comparable to staff at a good Japanese hotel. - Good location - Bright, clean, spacious bedroom, good bedding, quiet air cond - Clean, good-sized bathroom with jacuzzi - Good breakfast - Small gym with basic equipment (cardio & free weights) - Good swimming pool - Nice afternoon tea We would return to this hotel in the future

Room was well supplied and lovely personalised notes from our room attendant. All the staff were so helpful kind and courteous Free minibar in the room was a nice touch. The pool area did get incredibly noisy abut kids are kids! Spa was great strangely the restaurant was on floor 12a so you had to climb a flight of stairs as elevator only went to 12

We enjoyed our stay at Harmony hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made sure our stay will be pleasant. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the rooms are not soundproof and that was a big thing for us because we were with our baby.

Noisy without Harmony- very disappointed

Pool was out of order, renovations were being done, jackhammer below our room at 7.30am was quite annoying. When we arrived i had to leave the room because of the noise. To be fair they should of shut the floor above the reno's. Breakfast was good. When i booked, it was our last leg of our trip, i was expecting to be pampered in the hotel, instead we couldnt stay, only to sleep.

We had an amazing time at Harmony! The breakfast buffet was delicious - I really liked the pho, pandan cakes, and banh gio. The fresh fruit juices and coffee was great too. We especially appreciated how lovely the staff were - shoutout to Audi for making our stay especially wonderful! :)

Great for Gen X, Millennials, and younger.

We stayed there twice, with a two day trip to Ha Long Bay between stays. Remodel pretty good for an older building in an older district Convenient for walking or 'Grab'ing a ride to everywhere. Jenny was very helpful arranging rides to and from the airport. Limited electric plugs in the two rooms, but we managed to recharge devices. Only caveat, we are Boomers, the beds are pretty solid and low. So I strongly recommend for Gen X, Millennials, and younger.

Great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is currently under construction in some areas but still was very functional. Very close to everything Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. I would highly recommend this budget friendly hotel. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and the afternoon tea time (also included) was a very unique experience.

This hotel was located in the perfect location for us to walk to the market and get picked up for a tour. The staff were also outstanding and incredibly accommodating. We received an upgrade when we returned for our final night and darted on the upper floor that had a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (as well as an indoor one), it was amazing to be it a bath outside looking up at the sky our last night in Saigon!

The staff were outstanding. We had a couple issues that needed to be addressed and the staff were super responsive and incredibly accommodating. The baths with city views are incredible and the breakfast buffet leaves you wanting for nothing else. Highly recommend.

I have to say, I liked this property for its convenience—it’s close to restaurants and very walkable. However, the staff wasn’t as friendly as you’d expect for a high-level hotel. The rooms were spacious, but there was cold air coming out of the vents, and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors.

Located conveniently on District 1, the hotel is walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Room was clean and offered everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet offered an extensive range of different foods.
