"Das Schloss und die Umgebung sind ein Traum!!! Ein solches Schloss benötigt natürlich auch ständigen Unterhalt, was auch gemacht wird. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen Handwerker und massen die Fenster aus, da sie demnächst ersetzt werden, was auch sehr sinnvoll ist. Im Zimmer war es sehr kühl und zügig, weil weder im Bad noch im Zimmer die Heizung funktionierte. Auch der aufgebotene Handwerker konnte es nicht richten. Er sagte uns dann, dass wir an der Reception einen Elektroofen verlangen könnten, was wir dann auch taten. Es wurde uns dann ein Miniaturofen mit kurzem Kabel gebracht, der in diesem grossen Raum nicht viel bewirkte. Schade. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich das Tregenna Castle empfehlen. Wir hatten einfach das Pech, in der Zwischensaison bei schlechtem Wetter dort zu sein und das Tregenna Castle hat Glück, dass wir geduldige und verständnisvolle Gäste sind. ;)"

"Dieses Hotel wird so geführt, wie ein Hotel geführt werden sollte - für seine Gäste. Ich esse kein Fleisch, kann also nicht darüber sprechen, aber alle anderen Gerichte, einschließlich Fisch, waren ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze."
