"Der Aufenthalt war wirklich vom ersten Moment an bis zum Schluss durchgehend angenehm. Das System hinter dem Self Check in funktioniert einwandfrei. Sollte mal etwas nicht funktionieren, sind immer Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die gerne helfen. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum, der Lobby und Küche zugleich ist. Man fühlt sich als säße man zu Hause im Wohnzimmer mit vielen Freunden. Man kann dort selbst kochen, Lebensmittel kaufen und in den Kühlschrank stellen oder für kleines Geld etwas aus der Gemeinschafts Abteilung kaufen. Dort befinden sich Sachen, die die vorangegangenen Gäste nicht mehr aufbrauchen konnten. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Becker, man kann sich dort Frühstück holen und es im Gemeinschaftsraum essen. Die Zimmer sehen wundervoll aus, sehr praktisch gehalten, optisch ansprechend und auch ein wenig aufregend. Die Dusche ist absolute Knaller. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Wenn wir wieder in Bern sind, werden wir definitiv wieder dort schlafen."
