"Ich hatte insgesamt einen durchwachsenen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings gab es im Zimmer einige Mängel: Teilweise waren Lampen defekt oder es fehlten Glühbirnen. Die Rezeption hat sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert, sodass der Zustand zumindest teilweise verbessert wurde. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads ist von 7:00 bis 11:00 Uhr sowie von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich, die Sauna jedoch nur von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Längere Öffnungszeiten – idealerweise bis 22:00 oder 23:00 Uhr – wären wünschenswert, da man abends oft noch unterwegs ist und die Angebote so kaum nutzen kann. Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht und im Zimmer überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte dringend verbessert werden, zumal auch das mobile Netz in Bad Bevensen eher schwach ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war insgesamt in Ordnung und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Rührei war jedoch leider kalt. Insgesamt besteht hier in einigen Bereichen deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf."
