We stayed here as a group of 6 couples for an Ibiza getaway, and it was great value for money. The location near Bossa Beach was perfect—close enough to the action but peaceful when we wanted to chill. The space comfortably accommodated all of us, making it an ideal base for both fun and relaxation. Would definitely return!

Slowest check in ever. Had to queue up in the same slow queue to get pool towels or order a taxi. Had to pay a deposit for pool towels Rooms are basic and the shower was very dirty. The vending machines were useful feature. Breakfast was basic.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant ant infestation on the fourth floor. The ants had been crawling over my personal belongings. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and requested an upgrade due to the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. However, I was informed that an upgrade was "not possible." I followed up with an email to the hotel staff requesting assistance or alternative accommodations. While they had previously responded promptly to an inquiry about the pool, they did not address my concern about the infestation until the day of my checkout.

Poor cleaning, very surface level - corners of every room/ shower are very dirty and have never been touched. Misleading because it says it's on the beach, but it is not. Staff is not willing to help whatsoever if you don't speak spanish. My spanish is minimal, but I tried what I could and when they realized I didn't fully speak spanish, their demeanor would change instantly.

Este ( hotel) no está a la altura de lo que cobran por noche . Hay mucho ruidos en los pasillos . Los recepcionista son desagradables . La limpieza de las habitaciones es buena 10/10 . La comida no es buena . Para que usar un brazalete si luego de la media noche entran personas de la calle sin estar hospedado . No te informan que puedes tomar el bus fuera del hotel y que solo cuesta 2 euros ir al aeropuerto. Solo te ofrecen taxi . Es como si recibieran una comision por cada taxi recomendado . Hay un recepcionista que es lo mejor de ese llamado hotel . Es un hombre que usa lentes y es bajito . No recuerdo su nombre el fue muy amable . No muestra seguridad. Fuera del hotel en la entrada un montón de personas que dan mal espina . Tu pagas la taza local en la página cuando compras y en el hotel te la cobran supuestamente ellos eso solo se paga en efectivo. Ni porque le mostré con prueba que ya está pagada . Realmente no lo recomiendo. Para mí no es más que un pica pollo . No tiene un conector de hotel . .
