The shower and toilet was broke. This place is not even close as advertised. And the breakfast is not good. I visit Istanbul often and this is not the place I will go back to. I am very unhappy. They did switch the Room after the first night. But that room had a water leakage from the sink the last 3 days. The staff is nice. But the place I would not recommend. They said they would give me a refund yet I’m still waiting and got nothing.
