I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay—I’d gladly come back again.

I would say the service was what stood out for me. The staff are amazing, and the location is great. One thing though is to let the hotel know you’re arriving about 15 before you get there. This way the staff can help you with the luggage as it is not accessible for a car or taxi to drop you off at the front door. But the staff are more than happy to come to you, if you give them plenty of notice. Loved our stay and will be coming back hopefully.

Hotel was clean, front desk helpful with retrieving lost luggage, great breakfast friendly staff, guided to excellent restaurant across the street with charming bohemian vibe-great food and wine. The spa was excellent with great hammam and massages by cute Balinese women!

Located within Istanbul. Very convenient as it is close to the Galata Tower, shops, and restaurants. The only slight downside is that it is tucked away which is not easily seen. Nonetheless, I recommend this place because the staff is very courteous and accommodating.

The main issue with this hotel was that the family room had no proper windows, only small openings into an enclosed space. While the rooms were a good size for a family, the lack of natural light made them feel quite suffocating. Breakfast was very basic for the price—no omelettes or yoghurts offered. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great Karakoy Location

Surprisingly beautiful hotel you wouldn’t expect from the outside. Walkable to the Karakoy tram station and easy access to Galata Bridge and other sites. We enjoyed our stay here with family and kids. Very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.
