Room was spacious, very clean and once adjusted to the tram sounds was good. Bed was very hard, shower ran hot and cold and was not consistent. Overall a lovely place, staff were outstanding!

We were very lucky to book the corner suite with a huge L shaped balcony with views of Bosphorus, Galata tower and bridges connecting Asia side to Europe side of Istanbul. Amazing panoramic views . Also the staff were very kind and helpful, specially İlker at the reception he even gave his own metro, bus card for us to travel. That was a great gesture .

The VIP access did not meet expectations, as the restaurant was unaware of it. Additionally, the hotel did not provide us with any information regarding recreational facilities, local attractions, or nearby shopping centers.
