The hotel was great overall. Alparslan Kaan from the reception was especially helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected — it was a bit dusty and only moderately clean. That said, the hotel's conditions and location were excellent.

Very far from the main touristy stuff in Istanbul but worth the rooms, very spacious very comfortable. Excellent housekeeping daily. Staff at front desk is always helpful and polite.
